Condemnation

Langley and Banack, Inc., represents and advises governmental entities and private property owners in all aspects involved in condemnation including: pre-suit negotiations, relocations and damages related to an eminent domain action and litigation and appeals regarding the purpose and damages from an eminent domain action.  In addition, we also represent governmental entities and private property owners involved with inverse condemnation claims or regulatory taking claims where a governmental action has damaged or deprived someone the use of their real property.

Langley and Banack, Inc., represents and advises governmental entities (municipalities, school districts, counties, housing authorities, universities including their respective boards, commissions and officials) and private property owners in administrative or litigation matters involving zoning and land use issues including vested rights, waivers and variances of certain land use conditions, rough proportionality issues, water rights, condemnation, platting, annexation, property development issues, code compliance issues, dedications and easements, public and private utility issues and constitutional claims.
