Condemnation

Langley and Banack, Inc., represents and advises governmental entities and private property owners in all aspects involved in condemnation including: pre-suit negotiations, relocations and damages related to an eminent domain action and litigation and appeals regarding the purpose and damages from an eminent domain action.  In addition, we also represent governmental entities and private property owners involved with inverse condemnation claims or regulatory taking claims where a governmental action has damaged or deprived someone the use of their real property.
