Langley & Banack has substantial experience in Homeowners’ Association Law, representing responsible homeowners associations and condominium associations as general counsel or relating to specific matters such as corporate governance, officer and director liability, restrictions enforcement,  land use, and litigation – plaintiff or defense.  Langley & Banack has also represented associations in assessment collection as well, but urges restraint against foreclosure.

Langley & Banack has defended homeowners and condominium associations directly, via insurance assignment, and by  court assignment (court-appointed receivership).  Langley & Banack has also developed a reputation for fighting for homeowners rights as well, particularly against abusive HOA practices.
