Overview:
Langley & Banack has a robust group of corporate, business, and banking attorneys and we are looking to add to our team. We are seeking an experienced, partner-level corporate lawyer with excellent communication skills and a client-service mindset.
Required experience and qualifications:

- Comprehensive understanding of corporate and business law
- Experience in mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, capital raises, corporate reorganizations, and complex entity structures
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- 2+ years of legal experience
