EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION LAW PRACTICE

Langley & Banack’s construction attorneys have a broad range of construction law and construction litigation experience. We have experience representing developers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, design professionals, sureties, insurers, and all others involved in the construction process. Whether starting a new project, or adding to an existing one, our attorneys can help. Our firm has many years of experience handling legal matters arising from real estate purchases, financing, zoning and other governmental regulation issues, contracts with design professionals and general contractors, easement problems, construction bonds, and the many other complications that may arise from a construction project.

Although it is usually preferable to avoid litigation by anticipating problems in advance, if trial becomes unavoidable, we also have experienced construction litigation attorneys who are knowledgeable about the various types of construction litigation and available to help resolve the issues through the trial and appellate courts, if needed.

Langley & Banack’s construction industry team has diverse experience in all construction matters, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Our attorneys have handled construction defect litigation, as well as a wide array of construction matters, including construction contract law, employment law, nonperformance, delay claims, impact claims, design omissions, mechanics liens, bond claims, fraud and deceptive trade claims, and personal injury claims which occur on construction sites. Moreover, the team has vast experience in legal matters often related to construction law, including insurance claims, insurance policies, dispute resolution, indemnity agreements, certificates of insurance and liability resulting there from. Langley & Banack’s construction litigation team has the experience and expertise to handle complex disputes in two-party and multi-party litigation.
