About Justin B. Morley
Lead Attorney
Mr. Morley primarily practices family law in New Braunfels TX. He is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and a frequent writer and speaker on family law topics. He has experience in divorce, enforcement (including contempt and jail), modification, child custody (fathers, grandparents, and mothers), visitation (supervised, standard, and fifty-fifty), rights and duties, child support (increases and reductions), complex property divisions, asset tracking (keeping separate property separate), spousal maintenance (alimony), paternity issues, prenuptial agreements, post-marital agreements, terminations, adoptions, protective orders (securing and defending), and uncontested matters.
Mr. Morley also practices probate and guardianship law, with experience in probate litigation, estate planning, will preparation, temporary guardianship, permanent guardianship, medical powers of attorney, durable statutory powers of attorney, and directives to physicians.
David Pfeuffer was born and raised in New Braunfels and his family still has deep roots in the community. After graduating from New Braunfels High School in 1983, he attended Texas A&M University and received a BBA in finance in 1987. He went on to attend Baylor University School of Law where he was an editor of the law review. After receiving his law degree in 1991, he worked in the tort litigation section of a major international law firm before leaving to start his practice in New Braunfels with Ken Brazle.
In May 2019, after 26 years of practicing with Ken (and a totally amicable parting), he became a Shareholder with the New Braunfels office of Langley & Banack, Inc., which does business in the New Braunfels area as Langley, Banack & Pfeuffer.
Mr. Pfeuffer’s legal practice focuses on real estate and business transactional matters and litigation involving a broad variety of commercial matters and family law. Additionally, he handles probate matters and litigation relating to trusts and estates in the tri-county area.
Mr. Pfeuffer has been involved in various charitable and civic organizations in the New Braunfels area for many years. He has served on the boards of the Downtown Rotary Club of New Braunfels, New Braunfels Area Community Foundation, Sophienburg Museum, New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce, Eden Home (now known as Eden Hill), Central Texas Junior Golf Association, New Braunfels Housing Authority, and the City of New Braunfels Golf Advisory Board. He is also a member of the Wurstfest Association that puts on the annual Wurstfest in Landa Park. Mr. Pfeuffer has been a member of the First United Methodist Church since childhood and has served on various boards within the church.
