We are spotlighting our Corporate and Business Law practice group today. Meet David Gard, a Shareholder in Langley & Banack’s San Antonio office.

David Gard is a Shareholder in the Banking, Real Estate and Corporate Law sections of Langley & Banack. David’s banking and corporate law practice includes representing financial institutions on corporate and regulatory matters including mergers, acquisitions, securities offerings, and de novo charters as well as representing lenders in a variety of secured transactions such as term loans, lines of credit, and other asset-based lending transactions.

Before joining Langley & Banack, David spent 14 years in the banking profession, both as a Vice President of Finance and as a bank regulator with the FDIC. He was also a distinguished graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking. David’s prior banking experience has enabled him to better serve clients through his deep understanding of financial institutions and the regulatory and legal issues commonly encountered.
