About Timothy J. Siegfried
Timothy J. Siegfried has extensive experience in the acquisition, financing, leasing, management, and development of industrial, commercial, and residential projects and regularly represents clients in tax exemption and tax assessment appeals. He has represented banks, municipalities, municipal authorities, publicly traded companies, real estate developers, lending institutions, telecommunication companies, an electric vehicle manufacturer, franchised automobile dealerships and REITs in many local and regional transactions, including complex acquisitions, mergers, financings, joint venture arrangements, leases, project finance transactions, syndications, public and private debt and equity placements, and transactions involving the acquisition, entitlement, purchase, sale, leasing, development and management of regional malls, automobile dealerships, office buildings, entertainment complexes, retail and lifestyle centers, technology research and manufacturing facilities, assisted living and memory care facilities, warehouse distribution centers, condominiums, planned communities, medical office buildings, hospitals and health care campuses. He also actively counsels and represents clients in tax assessment, tax exemption and condemnation/eminent domain matters. Municipal solicitor for over 20 years.
Timothy is active in civic and community affairs, particularly those involving real estate. Timothy has served on the board of directors of the Wildlands Conservancy and was past chairman of the Lehigh County Board of View. He has been appointed to the Joint State Government Commission, Advisory Committee on Real Property Law and its Uniform Condominium, Real Estate Cooperatives, and Uniform Planned Communities Subcommittee.
