Charles H. Jackson III’s practice concentrates on estate planning, probate, general and commercial business, and rural real estate. He has practiced for more than 50 years in San Antonio and South Texas, assisting families, businesses, and organizations with their legal needs and enjoys long-standing relationships with his clients, many of which are generational.
Mr. Jackson holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas Law School. He also served in the Army Reserves from 1964-1970.
Mr. Jackson’s broad experience handling matters for various parties in complex real estate transactions, including buyers, sellers, borrowers, lenders, landlords, and tenants is widely respected throughout South Texas.
