Shareholders and appellate law experts Cathy Stone and Rob Ramsey are representing Dimmit County in its appellate proceedings against several major oil companies in issues involving road use and damages throughout the South Texas County. Daniel M. Gonzalez, Dimmit County attorney, is also heavily involved in the case.
