Episode 5’s special guest is Richard Butler. Richard was a long time litigator in the State of Texas for the firms of Soules and Wallace and then Langley & Banack. He has been involved in several large executive rights cases, including one that is considered by many to be in the Top Five of executive rights cases in the State of Texas, Texas Outfitters.
