Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Litigation Associate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling complex civil litigation matters, representing clients in state and federal courts, and providing legal counsel on a wide variety of litigation issues. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients. WHILE NOT REQUIRED, THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE WITH PROBATE, FIDUCIARY AND/OR REAL ESTATE LITIGATION.
Key Responsibilities:
Case Management:
- Manage a caseload of litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents.
- Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
Legal Research and Analysis:
- Conduct legal research on complex legal issues, statutes, regulations, and case law.

Client Interaction:

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law and in good standing in Texas.
