About Ryan W. FinneganRyan Finnegan is a civil litigation attorney in the Kerrville and Fredericksburg offices. Raised in Houston, Mr. Finnegan is a graduate of Texas State University and South Texas College of Law. Prior to relocating to the Hill Country, the majority of Mr. Finnegan’s practice was focused on catastrophic personal injury, civil rights, and complex commercial and contract disputes. Mr. Finnegan presently focuses on general litigation and litigation in real estate, construction, and wills, trusts, and estates.
