Daniel Saldaña is a Shareholder in the San Antonio Office of Langley & Banack, Inc. Daniel’s practice focuses on first and third-party civil litigation defense with an emphasis on personal injury, Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist disputes, extra-contractual bad faith claims, Special Investigations Unit (“SIU”) investigations and evaluations, commercial trucking, and premises liability claims. Daniel has tried several cases to jury verdict as first and second chair counsel (including three defense verdicts as first chair counsel), authored the briefs for various appeals and original proceedings, conducted various Examination Under Oaths, and drafted coverage opinions for multiple carriers.

Daniel also specializes in taking expert depositions ranging from orthopedic surgeons, pain management doctors, life care planners, accident reconstructionist experts, fleet safety experts, civil engineers, and burn reconstruction experts. Daniel also specializes in preparing individual and corporate clients with extensive deposition preparation. Although a bulk of Daniel’s practice is in Central and South Texas, Daniel has represented clients in State and Federal Courts throughout Texas.

Personal Information

In his personal time, Daniel is an avid San Antonio Spurs fan and enjoys exploring San Antonio and the surrounding areas with his beautiful wife Deandra, son Dominic, daughter Viviana, and Blue Heeler, Baylor.
