Peter Kilpatrick has a varied commercial litigation practice. He has tried over 75 cases to verdict for both plaintiffs and defendants in his almost 40 years of practice, many involving contract and business disputes, injunction and real estate related litigation and fiduciary litigation. Peter has also represented homeowners and homeowners’ associations in a myriad of settings involving homeowner association law. Mr. Kilpatrick’s clients have included individuals, banks, medical and scientific diagnostic companies, manufacturers, business and individual consumers, physicians, landlords and tenants, school districts and counties, telecommunications companies, retailers, real estate developers, dealerships, homeowners and homeowners’ associations.

Peter Kilpatrick grew up in North Central Texas, went to college in East Texas (Stephen F. Austin), went to law school in West Texas (Texas Tech), and offices in South Texas (San Antonio) while living in the Texas Hill Country with Darlene, his wife of over 26 years. Sons Keagon and Ferris has been the joy of my life. Mr. Kilpatrick enjoys tennis, chess, and poker.
