The President of the State Bar of Texas has appointed Shareholder Joyce W. Moore Chair of the Texas Pattern Jury Charge (PJC) committee on Family, Probate and Trust for the 2017-2018 term. Ms. Moore will continue to serve as Vice-chair of the Probate and Trust sub-committee, as she has for many years.

Shareholder Joyce W. Moore will present on two topics at the 41st Annual Advanced Estate Planning & Probate seminar in Houston June 7-9, 2017.

Shareholder Marc J. Schnall was named one of the Jewish Family Service’s 2017 “People Who Inspire Us”. Marc was honored based on his community service, professional success and outstanding character. Congratulations, Marc.

Shareholders Bill Sommers and Steve Treu will present on “Construction Law Pitfalls & Collections from a Different Prospective” to the Association of Corporate Counsel’s South/Central Texas Chapter on May 10th. Presentation will begin at 11:45 at Oak Hills Country Club with an introduction by Firm liaison Chris Hodge.

Shareholder Paul Fletcher was inducted as one of the newest Fellows of the Texas Bar Foundation on April 18th. Only the top 1/3 of 1% of Texas attorneys are invited to become Fellows of the Texas Bar Foundation.
