Shareholder Joyce W. Moore will present at the State Bar of Texas’ “Governance of Non-profits” course August 24-25, 2017.

The bill will require an insured consumer who has suffered a storm loss to their home or real property to provide 61 days advance written notice to their insurance carrier before filing a lawsuit.

The President of the State Bar of Texas has appointed Shareholder Joyce W. Moore Chair of the Texas Pattern Jury Charge (PJC) committee on Family, Probate and Trust for the 2017-2018 term.
