Shareholder and Cybersecurity, Data Protection and Privacy practice group chair Natalie Friend Wilson became an official Certified Information Privacy Professional by the International Association of Privacy Professional (IAPP) on January 24, 2019.

Shareholders and appellate law experts Cathy Stone and Rob Ramsey are representing Dimmit County in its appellate proceedings against several major oil companies in issues involving road use and damages throughout the South Texas County. Daniel M. Gonzalez, Dimmit County attorney, is also heavily involved in the case.

Natalie F. Wilson has been promoted to Shareholder as of December 7th, 2018. Ms. Wilson will lead the Firm’s Cybersecurity practice, as well as continue to practice in the Bankruptcy and Litigation areas.

Shareholder Erica Valladares will speak at the San Antonio Manufacturers Association’s annual Employment Law Seminar on February 22nd at the CPS Energy Management Training Center. The topic will be “Back to the Basics: Nuts and Bolts.”

Former Chief Justice Catherine Stone will speak on the great women of the 4th Court of Appeals at the 125th Anniversary Celebration of the Court on Tuesday, November 27th. Justice Stone was appointed to the bench in 1994. The event will be in the 4th Court of Appeals courtroom at 3 p.m.
