Langley & Banack Shareholder Gayla Corley was recently awarded membership in the National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association (NRRDA) and will attend their Annual Conference on March 6-8, 2019. NRRDA’s mission is to advance and protect the interests of the retail and restaurant industry by working to reduce claims, better manage risk, and mount effective defense strategies against claims and litigation.
Membership in NRRDA is limited to those attorneys who are regularly engaged in defending the hospitality industry. Prospective members are required to submit a written application supported by three (3) business references, which is then vetted through a committee review process.
