William T. Bayern is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, and is licensed to practice before the United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Bayern is a member of the San Antonio Estate Planners Council (past President), the San Antonio Bar Association, the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, and the College of State Bar of Texas. He has been recognized by Thomson Reuters as a “Texas Super Lawyer Rising Star” in the area of Estate Planning/Trusts in 2004. Mr. Bayern received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin (1986), his Masters in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University (1988), and his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University (1993). From 1993 to 2001, he served in the Frost National Bank Financial Management Group and was Vice President, Private Trust Services.
