Heriberto “Eddie” Morales III is an associate attorney in Langley Banack’s San Antonio office. His practice focuses on complex litigation across a broad range of matters, including business and commercial disputes, bankruptcy-related litigation, real estate, construction, probate and estate matters, municipal representation, and appellate support.
Eddie completed his undergraduate education at The University of Texas at Austin in 2022. He earned his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s School of Law in December 2024. While in law school, Eddie was a member of St. Mary’s National Team during the year the program was ranked number one nationally by the American Bar Association.
Originally from Eagle Pass, Texas, Eddie brings a border-town upbringing and cross-cultural perspective to his practice, shaped in part by time spent living abroad during high school. He is fluent in English and Spanish and is learning Italian. Beyond his legal work, he writes on his many interests through his Substack, herimorales3, and hosts Inside the Pantheon, a long-form podcast available on all major platforms. Outside the office, Eddie enjoys travel, architecture, sports, and music production as he creates original music using his MPC One.
