About Dane Patrick
Dane Patrick has been practicing law since 1987 and is dedicated to protecting the rights of businesses, trustees, individuals and families. He prides himself on providing quality services that get results. Dane focuses on commercial litigation in matters including corporate and partnership disagreements, wills contests and trust disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, breach of contract, commercial construction disputes and personal injury law. He also utilizes his 25 years plus of experience in litigation to provide general counsel to businesses and implement procedures to protect them from lawsuits and liability.
1987 – Graduated and received his juris doctorate (J.D.) from Southern Methodist University School of Law where he was the Student Bar Association President.
1983 – Graduated and received his Batchelors of Arts degree in Economics from the Universtiy of Texas at Austin with special honors in Economics.

Dane Patrick was the President of the Student Bar Association at Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1987. Former Chairman in 1988 of San Antonio Chapter, United Shareholders Association, founded by T. Boone Pickens. Nominated by his peers and published in August 2006 and 2007 editions of San Antonio Scene magazine as one of San Antonio’s best lawyers in Business Litigation. Nominated and published in this same magazine in August 2006 as one of San Antonio’s best lawyers in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law. He also served as Vice President of BNI Successful Entrepreneurs Chapter, 2011. Dane Patrick is a member of State Bar of Texas Sections -Litigation; Antitrust and Business Litigation; Insurance Law; Construction Law; and Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law. He is also a current member of the American Bar Association (ABA) and ABA Sections – Litigation; Tort, Trial & Insurance Practice; ABA Committees – Commercial & Business Litigation, Trust and Estate Litigation and Technology for the Litigator. He is a member of the San Antonio Bar Association. He is a past Board of Director of San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association. He has been a member of BNI, Successful Entrepreneurs Chapter since 2010 and the President in 2015. He is also an active member of the San Antonio Chapter of the Independent Electrical Contractor’s Association and Association of General Contractors.
Dane is a San Antonio native. He is happily married and the proud father of two children. He spends most of his free time with his family. He also likes to fish, hunt, hike and engage in most outdoor activities.
