Patrick Rouse is a Shareholder in the Real Estate and Corporate Law sections of Langley & Banack. Patrick has been working in Langley & Banack’s Corporate, Real Estate and Banking group for 15 years.
Patrick’s real estate experience includes representation of both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of commercial leases, representation of buyers and sellers of commercial property, including farms and ranches, as well as the development and operation of such properties. He has significant experience in asset-based and mortgage lending transactions, including the representation of state banks. Patrick’s corporate practice focuses on all aspects of a business from entity formation through termination and dissolution. He was named as a Best Lawyers in America in Real Estate Law since 2021.
