SAN ANTONIO (Feb. 6, 2023) – Langley & Banack, Inc. is pleased to welcome Fred R. Jones, a distinguished real estate and insurance attorney, to the firm’s San Antonio office.
Fred R. Jones is a board certified residential and commercial real estate attorney with a wide range of experience in complex claims and litigation involving real estate, land use, municipal, insurance and business issues. As an attorney for three of the largest title insurance underwriters in the U.S., Jones brings broad expertise in complex cases involving title insurance, real estate, commercial claims, and litigation. He represents individuals, homeowners, and business owners in a variety of cases, trials, and appeals.
Jones also has experience as a court-appointed mediator, arbitrator and receiver in real estate partnership disputes and lawsuits. He is admitted to practice in the Western, Southern, and Eastern U.S. District Courts, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
He holds a J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law, and a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University.
