Shareholder Dylan Drummond was a Panelist at the Bexar County Women’s Bar Foundation LEAD Academy’s presentation of GOOD Guys

On March 5, 2026, Shareholder Dylan Drummond was a panelist at the Bexar County Women’s Bar Foundation LEAD Academy’s presentation of GOOD Guys.  GOOD is an acronym for “Guys Overcoming Obstacles to Diversity.” The program was developed by the National Conference of Women Bar Associations and is designed to break the impasse in women’s advancement by engaging male allies in strategies to hire, promote, and retain female lawyers. For the past 5 years, the LEAD Academy has invited local GOOD Guys to talk to the LEAD Class and their invited GOOD Guys on the importance of gender diversity in the legal profession, successful strategies they have employed to increase gender diversity, and lessons learned along the way. Dylan spoke about his gratitude to former Chief Judge Alma Lopez of the Fourth Court of Appeals, who hired him for an internship that changed the entire trajectory of his career, and his desire to pay it forward by making sure that female attorneys aren’t overlooked for leadership opportunities.

Shareholder Natalie Wilson is a 2018 graduate of the LEAD Academy and has served on its Steering Committee since 2021. Shareholder Cathy Stone has served on the Advisory Committee for the LEAD Academy since its inception and was awarded the inaugural Iconic LEADer Award in 2024. It was very exciting to get Dylan involved and show the Firm’s enduring support for this trailblazing leadership program.
