About Dave S. Jones

Dave Jones is currently Of Counsel in our San Antonio office. His practice includes a broad range of areas related to probate and elder law, including fiduciary litigation, contested and uncontested guardianships, estate and trust administration, and estate planning. Dave is a Navy veteran who attended Prairie View A&M University on a Naval ROTC Scholarship. After a decade of working, mostly in the petrochemical and logistics industries, Dave decided to attend Law School at St. Mary’s School of Law, where he graduated in the fall of 2015. Given his experience in petrochemicals, Dave’s first job after law school was as an oil and gas attorney. However, Dave’s heart wasn’t in title examination, and Dave moved on to a small firm that specialized in probate law. There, he honed his skills and gained the experience necessary to make him a valued member of the local probate bar section. Dave is intent on continuing to master his craft, and make a real difference in the lives of his clients and community alike as part of Langley & Banack’s estate litigation and estate planning teams.
