About Robert B. Werner (Bob)

With his classical tax law training, Bob Werner is a problem solver with over 30 years of experience. Areas of law in which he provides services dealing with planning and implementation are corporate and individual taxation, general business, ERISA, other employee benefits and estate planning. One unique planning activity executed by Mr. Werner was the formation of a like kind exchange company to serve a new client in implementing a $250,000,000 reverse like kind exchange.

Mr. Werner has extensive experience in handling corporate, estate, trust and tax based transactions.  He has represented buyers, sellers, trusts, trustees, beneficiaries, from program design through termination.  His corporate, business, estates and tax law background benefits clients in entity formation and operation.  Mr. Werner is currently the Mayor of the City of Shavano Park. 
Mr. Werner has been selected by Woodward/White Best Lawyers in America in Employee Benefits for 1995 to present.  Mr. Werner was named “Hometown Hero” by Time Warner Cable for Shavano Park, Texas, in 2003.
