About Catrina Purcell Longoria
Catrina Longoria is a Shareholder in Langley & Banack’s Eagle Pass and Carrizo Springs offices. Catrina has been practicing law in South Texas since 2005. Her practice is focused in the areas of Real Estate, Oil & Gas and Business Law. In her Real Estate practice, Catrina handles both litigation and transactional matters largely for landowners and financial institutions. She specializes in resolving title issues for her clients. The Real Estate practice carries over into representation of landowners for various matters involving oil and gas production. In addition to handling general title issues pertaining to mineral ownership, Catrina also provides landowner representation regarding seismic activity associated with oil and gas production. Catrina also regularly represents clients in business formations, transfers and disputes. Additionally, Catrina handles estate and trust administration as well as government law for the South Texas offices. Catrina is qualified to serve as a mediator in accordance with the standards of the Texas Mediation Trainers Roundtable in both general matters and family law matters. In 2010, Ms. Longoria was named a Texas Super Lawyer Rising Star in Business Litigation by Thomson Reuters.

Ms. Longoria was raised in Eagle Pass, Texas. She is married to Luis “Ricky” Longoria, an Eagle Pass native, and they have two sons. In her free time, she enjoys participating in outdoor activities with her family, such as hunting, fishing and camping.
