The Governmental Law practice at Langley & Banack encompasses both municipal and school law practices.  The municipal law practice includes service by specific Langley & Banack attorneys for both home rule and general law cities in the San Antonio area and in South Texas. The Firm currently represents various forms of governmental and quasi-public entities, including cities, counties, water districts, conservation districts, industrial development authorities, rural electric cooperatives and others for which the primary municipal and public law issues are the same.
