In order to develop comprehensive solutions for our clients, our corporate law attorneys work closely with attorneys in our other practice groups of our law firm, including tax, real estate, labor and employment, employee benefits, litigation, bankruptcy.


Introducing Patrick Rouse

Patrick Rouse is a Shareholder in the Real Estate and Corporate Law sections of Langley & Banack. Patrick’s real estate experience includes representation of both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of commercial leases, representation of buyers and sellers of commercial property, including farms and ranches, as well as the development and operation of such properties. He also has significant experience in asset-based and mortgage lending transactions, including the representation of state banks. Patrick’s corporate practice focuses on all aspects of a business from entity formation through termination and dissolution. As part of his corporate practice, Patrick assists clients in their operations including the drafting and negotiation of various contracts and agreements, asset and stock purchase transactions, loan transactions, and other business-related matters.

Introducing Marc Schnall

Mr. Schnall practices in the areas of real estate, municipal, business, corporate formation and transactions, and probate and estate planning. He is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law and Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Introducing David Gard

David Gard’s practice is focused on the areas of Banking, Corporate Law, and Real Estate transactions at Langley & Banack. David’s banking and corporate law practice includes representing financial institutions on corporate and regulatory matters including mergers, acquisitions, securities offerings, and de novo charters as well as representing lenders in a variety of secured transactions such as term loans, lines of credit, and other asset-based lending transactions.
