Patrick Rouse is an Associate in the San Antonio office of Langley & Banack. Mr. Rouse's practice focuses primarily in the Real Estate and Corporate areas. In the real estate area, Mr. Rouse been involved with the purchase and sale of commercial property and has represented both landlords and tenants in negotiating commercial leases. He also has experience in mortgage lending, including the representation of state banks. Mr. Rouse's corporate practice focuses primarily on entity formation including limited liability companies and non-profit corporations. Additionally, Mr. Rouse assists clients in the operation of their business including asset and stock purchases, contract negotiations, loan transactions and other business-related matters.
