Mr. White has been practicing law in San Antonio since 1973. He received his law degree and engineering license in 1972 and, upon receiving his law license, began representing his contractor and developer clients. Mr. White served as the executive director of the Bexar Contractors Association from 1972 to 1983 when the organization became the San Antonio section of Associated General Contractors, Heavy Highway, Municipal Utilities division. Mr. White has continued to represent developers and contractors and in handling construction related matters also began representation of construction bonding companies and liability carriers in 1989.
