His areas of interest and practice includes all aspects of conveyancing, leases, contracts, securities, corporate, reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, and business-related litigation. He has represented companies and individuals as plaintiff, defendant, lessor, lessee, operator, non-operator, seller and purchaser. Mr. Roberts practices in the state and federal court systems and engages in selective trial and appellate work relating, primarily, to the oil and gas industry. Currently, he represents clients in business issues, oil and gas leasing and consultation, and corporate and ranch real estate transactions, both in negotiations and dispute resolution. As concerns his primary practice area of oil and gas, Mr. Roberts has been extensively engaged in matters related to oil and gas exploration, production, refining, pipeline transmission and sales of production and products, including contract and royalty issues and disputes. During his years of practice, he has developed close and enduring professional relationships with a number of his clients, and has client representations which have extended beyond twenty years with a number of them.
