Heriberto Morales has a general civil practice with emphasis on municipal and liability defense litigation. As shareholder in charge of the Eagle Pass branch office his work is focused on general probate, real estate, small business and contract law work. He has represented many companies and individuals on both sides of the table. His practice is focused primarily on the state court system in South Texas.

Mr. Morales also provides legal advice to local and state-wide governmental entities in Eagle Pass and the surrounding communities. He has built a strong professional relationship with many of the local business owners, developers and entrepreneurs, which has allowed his practice to continue to flourish in the general arena.

As a homegrown product of Maverick County, he has been able to assist out-of-town counsel and companies by serving as local counsel on cases filed in and around Maverick County. The invaluable experience and knowledge brought by Mr. Morales to the table has equalized the playing field for attorneys and companies not familiar with South Texas. In a short time since beginning his practice in South Texas, he has become the go-to lawyer for local counsel work in Maverick County and the surrounding communities.

Mr. Morales is the father of three children, Kassandra, Alexandra, and Heriberto, III all residing in Eagle Pass. He is an active leader in the community and supports many church activities. He is actively involved as coach for the local Youth Soccer League and supports local teams in the area. Mr. Morales enjoys reading non-fiction books, traveling, and playing golf.
