Joyce Moore is a Trust and Probate Litigation attorney who also handles other commercial litigation matters involving claims of breach of fiduciary duty. Ms. Moore is a frequent lecturer for the State Bar of Texas and other professional groups on the subject of fiduciary litigation and was selected by the state bar to be the course director for the Bar's first comprehensive fiduciary litigation seminar in May 2004.
