Ross Laughead's practice is primarily transactional. He is a former general counsel of a Fortune 500 corporation, in which capacity he became conversant with a wide variety of domestic and international business law issues. He drafts commercial contracts, negotiates commercial leases, processes trademark applications, creates business entities and advises on their management structure, licenses intellectual property rights, represents parties to mergers and acquisitions, evaluates compliance issues, advises regarding domestic and international business transaction, advises regarding corporate finance, including private securities offerings, and advises clients regarding municipal land use matters. Mr. Laughead has a background in health care provider compliance and finance, administrative appeals, personnel matters and international law. He also processes private insurance disability claims for clients.
