Peter Kilpatrick has a varied commercial and personal injury litigation practice. He has obtained dozens of verdicts in over 20 years of practice for plaintiffs and defendants, and for families and companies. Mr. Kilpatrick is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Civil Trial Law. Some areas of his practice include contract disputes, product liability defense, injunction litigation, real estate-related litigation, and fiduciary and probate-related litigation. Mr. Kilpatrick's clients have included pro bono individual claimants, national and state banks, real estate developers, retailers, telecommunications and medical diagnostic companies, dealerships, physicians, manufacturers, and home owners associations.  Most recently, Mr. Kilpatrick represented a homeowner in lawsuit against his HOA.  This case has become a story of interest in the San Antonio community and is prompting voters to demand changes to laws to protect homeowners against HOA's and HOA attorneys.  Click below to watch the stories:

Peter Kilpatrick grew up in North Central Texas, went to college in East Texas (Stephen F. Austin), went to law school in West Texas (Texas Tech), and offices in South Texas (San Antonio) while living in the Texas Hill Country with Darlene, his wife of over 26 years. They have two sons. Mr. Kilpatrick enjoys tennis, chess, and poker.
